Jivumi
Terms
These terms cover entering a challenge on Jivumi. Uploading an entry means you accept them. The open challenge and the completed challenges use the same rules.
Entering
You may enter a challenge that is still open. The video has to be original footage you have the right to post, within the length and file limits shown on the upload page. A challenge whose deadline has passed does not accept new uploads.
Organizer use of top entries
By entering a challenge, you grant the challenge organizer the right, at the organizer's discretion, to use your entry on the organizer's own channels, including social media, if it places in the Top 10. The organizer may feature a narrower set instead, such as the Top 3. Accepting these terms when you upload is the permission. The organizer does not need to ask for a separate later permission.
You keep the copyright in your footage. This license is only for the organizer's own channels. It is not a transfer of ownership, and it does not let the organizer sell your entry to an unrelated advertiser. If your entry finishes outside the Top 10, this channel license does not apply.
After the deadline
After the deadline, the top 10 entries by unique viewers stay public. Every other entry leaves the feed. About 60 days later, those video files are deleted.
The Top 10 stay on the public challenge page and leaderboard. Entries outside that list leave the feed. Hiding an entry is not the same as the organizer license above: only a Top 10 entry, or a narrower set the organizer chooses such as the Top 3, may be used on the organizer's own channels.
Challenges are not sponsorships
A Jivumi challenge is a category brief, not a paid partnership with one brand. You choose the product you already use. Jivumi is not affiliated with the brands that appear in entries.
