Privacy
Jivumi runs this site. Questions about your information go to privacy@jivumi.com.
What we collect
The launch form asks for a company, a contact name, an email, and the product and prize. Website, timing, message, and whether AI-made footage is allowed are optional. You also confirm we may contact you about that challenge.
If you sign in with Google, we receive the profile Google shares: typically your name, email, and picture. If you sign in with a one-time email link, we receive that email address.
If you have an account, we email you when a new challenge launches. The box for it is ticked on the sign-in page, and you can untick it there, switch it off on your Account page, or use the one-click unsubscribe link in every email.
An uploaded video is stored with its title. The video may show faces, including yours. A single cookie, jivumi_vid, gives the browser an id so a repeat visit to the same entry is not counted again. An older cookie named adcrowd_vid is read once, if it is already there, and replaced with jivumi_vid.
Why
Brand details are used to reply and, if you go ahead, to set up a challenge. Account details are used to publish your entry under your display name. Videos are shown on the challenge. The cookie is used only to count how many people an entry reaches. We do not use it for ads, and we do not follow you across other sites.
How long
After a challenge ends, entries outside the top 10 leave the public feed. Those video files are deleted about 60 days later. The top 10 stay public. Brand messages are kept so we can answer you. You can ask us to delete them.
Who processes it
Supabase stores the database, sign-in, and videos. Vercel hosts the site. Google handles Google sign-in. Resend sends our emails from the EU. FormSubmit delivers the launch-form notification email. They process that information for Jivumi.
Your choices
Email privacy@jivumi.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, to ask for deletion, or to object to a use. We will reply to that address.
Age
You need to be 16 or older to enter. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian has to consent before you enter and before you receive a prize. We do not knowingly keep information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have, email us and we will delete it.
